AXA
New! New Term Product
Term Series 151X will be replacing Term Series 150 on January 18, 2010. The follow adjustments are being made to the level term rates:

o Many female premiums will be lowered.
o Small increases will be made to some male rates on the 15 and 20 year series.

AXA has also raised the minimum face amount from $500,000 to $1,000,000 for their term products.

Transition Rules: In jurisdictions where Term1Series 151X is approved, applications received by Farmington New Business between January 18, 2010 and February 18, 2010 may be submitted for the current Term Series 150 or for Term Series 151X. If Term Series 150 is desired, it must be noted on the application. Applications in these jurisdictions received after February 18, 2010 will be eligible for Term Series 151X only. Additional state approval updates and transition rules will be announced as they are received.

LTC Training Requirements by State – Be Prepared!
LTC State-Mandated Education Requirements
Requirements are changing frequently as more and more states adopt LTC Partnership Programs as a result of the Deficit Reduction Act of 2005 or of the NAIC Model Regulation. If you need CE credits, why not take your state’s 8-hour LTC course and be ready?
